Restore a missed day

A restore bridges a missed run of days so your streak carries on as if you had shown up. You earn them as you go and they sit in your bank until you use one.

How you earn them

• 1 restore each at 7, 21, 50, 135 and 240 days.
• 2 restores at 75 days. A ×2 restore can bridge up to two missed days at once.
• At 210 days, a touch-grass week: seven protected days where the streak holds while you rest.

How to use one

1. Open /streaks after you missed a day.
2. If a restore can cover the gap, a Restore button shows in the Today card.
3. Press it. The missed days fill in and the streak continues.
