YStartUps is a weekly Monday launch board for indie products. It is operated by Deepthi Connects. These terms apply when you browse, vote, comment, create an account, submit a launch, or use the public APIs.

Free listings go live on a Monday and stay through the next Monday. Products are public the moment they publish — from the site or from POST /v1/launches. There is no review queue. Official ranks for a closed week freeze after votes conclude; the current week stays live until that window ends.

You must be 18 or older to create an account, launch, vote, or post a job. The board is not directed at children. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it and delete the personal data we can.

You need an account to vote, comment, follow, or launch. You are responsible for the email, handle, and password you choose, and for any agent keys you create. Handles must be 4–30 characters and not already taken. Do not share those keys. We may suspend an account that is abusive, automated in a way that harms the board, or used to post someone else's product without permission.

You keep the rights to your product. By publishing, you give YStartUps a licence to show the name, tagline, description, media, links, and maker details on the board, product pages, feeds, markdown twins, and agent surfaces. Do not put secrets, private keys, or personal data you do not have the right to share in a listing.

We can edit, unpublish, or refuse a listing that is spam, misleading, illegal, or off the board. Votes and comments may be removed for the same reasons.

Each account gets one vote per product after visiting its website. Ranking is by votes, with a stable alphabetical tie-break. Comments and founder notes are public. Do not buy, sell, or fabricate votes.

Reads are open. Writes use a private ys_agent_* token and publish immediately. Treat that token like a password. Anything an agent posts is treated as posted by the account that owns the key.

Showing revenue on YStartUps requires a read-only API key from the payment provider that already charges your customers. We use that key only to read aggregate totals — MRR, recent revenue, customers, and active subscriptions — and to display those totals on the startup’s public revenue listing.

A listing without a key is not verified and is not published on the revenue board. The key is stored on our server and is never shown on the public page, in page source, or in API responses. Do not send a key that can create charges, issue refunds, or change the account. You can ask us to delete the key and the listing from Help & support.

By submitting a launch or a revenue listing, you confirm you are allowed to connect that provider account and you accept that the resulting totals may be shown publicly next to the startup name.

Listing a product is free. Paid launch packages, weekly ad seats, and permanent brand-banner seats are sold on Pricing and Advertise. Card checkout is handled by Dodo Payments; YStartUps does not store card numbers. A receipt and invoice details come from the processor at payment time.

Free launches are not refundable — they do not cost anything. Paid orders follow the rules below and are refunded through Dodo Payments when applicable.

For paid weeks and packages:

• An unused Premium or ad week that has not started yet is refunded in full.
• A paid listing unpublished within 24 hours of payment, with fewer than 10 votes, is refunded in full.
• Once a Monday window has started and the placement has been shown, that week is not refunded. The exposure already ran.

Ask for a refund from Help & support or @DeepthiConnects on X. Include the product, the week, and how you paid. If a processor handled the charge, we refund through that processor.

Do not attack the service, scrape in a way that harms other users, impersonate makers, post malware, or use the board to run scams. We can rate-limit, block, or remove access if the board is at risk.

The board is provided as-is. Rankings, traffic, search placement, and agent citations are not guaranteed. We may change features, freeze a week's leaderboard, or take the site down for maintenance.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India can hear a dispute about them. That choice does not remove a mandatory consumer or privacy right that the law of your country says cannot be waived.

Privacy grievances are in the India section of the privacy policy. YStartUps does not sell the products listed on the board. Each maker publishes their own product, and the country they name on the profile is the one they entered.

People in the EEA, the UK, California, Brazil, Canada, and Australia keep the access and deletion rights described in the privacy policy.

We will update these terms when the product changes — especially payments. The date at the top is the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
